During my years treating many of Australia’s A-Grade sporting clubs. Such as the Essendon Football Team and the Australian, New Zealand and South African Cricket Teams. I have provided and learnt many techniques for preventative and soft tissue therapy, in both athlete training and competitions as well treating a broad range of client ailments.
Having played and competed in elite level sports myself, I live and breath the requirements of muscle recovery and joint mobility. Exercise, sport and life in general can often leave muscles feeling fatigued, stiff and sore. Muscle tightness builds over time to cause severe pain, reduced flexibility and postural imbalances.
