Gift Certificates are redeemable against services and/or products sold at A Perfect Blend.

1. With prior notice treatments may be changed to suit the needs of the client. Some alterations to treatments may incur an additional charge. If this is the case then you will be told what the charge will be so you can decide if you would be happy to proceed.
2. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. No change given if the value of the Gift Certificate exceeds the value of the service it is redeemed against.
3. Any unused balance of Gift Certificates will be rolled over for later use. The total value of Gift Certificate must be used before the expiry date as no extension or refund will be given.
4. Please mention Gift Certificate when you make your appointment.
5. Please present Gift Certificate prior to your treatment commencing.
6. Keep your Gift Certificates safe as lost or stolen Gift Certificates will not be replaced.
7. Gift Certificates are transferable but must be redeemed before the expiry date.
8. If the guest does not show for their appointment or does not give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation then the Gift Certificate will be considered redeemed.
9. It is highly recommended that you redeem your Gift Certificate before the expiry date as no extensions are given.
