We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your treatment.

Cancellations

We understand you may occasionally be unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask, out of consideration to other clients waiting for appointments, that 24 hours notice be given. Running late for an appointment will only shorten your own enjoyment time as your therapist will still need to finish on time so as to not inconvenience the following guest.

No-show or cancellation without 24 hours notice will void your gift voucher.

Health Fund Rebates

Health fund rebates are available for both Remedial Massage & Naturopathy.

Hi-Caps is also available on-site, just swipe your card and pay the balance. Participating Health Funds only.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers are redeemable at any A Perfect Blend location.

Gift Vouchers with a monetary value may be redeemable against either services and/or products. Please present your Gift Voucher for redemption prior to your treatment commencing for administration purposes.

 

Service alteration or upgrades

With prior notice treatments may be changed to suit the needs of the client.

Some alterations to treatments may incur an additional charge.

If this is the case then you will be told what the charge will be so you can decide if you would be happy to proceed.

Are Gift Vouchers transferable?

Yes. Gift Vouchers are transferable to another recipient upon request, however the voucher must still be redeemed before the expiry date.

Not redeemable for cash or refund

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. No change will be given if the value of the Gift Voucher exceeds the value of the service it is redeemed against.

Any unused balance of the Gift Voucher will be rolled over for later use. The total value of a Gift Voucher must be used before the expiry date as no extension or refund will be given.

Lost or Stolen

Please keep your Gift Voucher(s) safe as a lost or stolen Gift Voucher will not be replaced.

Cancellations

If the guest does not show for their appointment or does not give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation then the service booked will be considered redeemed.

Expired Vouchers

It is highly recommended that you redeem your Gift Voucher before the expiry date as no extensions are given.

Perfect Experience Packages

Due to the exceptional nature of these packages, please read conditions carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.

  1. No group bookings
  2. A ‘Perfect Experience’ Gift Voucher may only be used by the holder.
  3. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
  4. Visits may be taken in any order and can be used all at once or spread out over multiple visits.
