We look forward to welcoming you to A Perfect Blend. Please read our policies carefully before making a booking.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and 10 minutes prior for a group. Starting your pampering experience should be relaxing and it takes time to complete forms,  use the bathroom, consult with therapists and get changed before your treatment commencesWe have reserved your booking time especially for you and if you arrive late, or at the time your treatment is due to start, no additional time will be added as to not inconvenience the following guest.

Mobile Phones

To preserve our relaxing atmosphere, please switch your mobile to flight mode on entering A Perfect Blend as a vibrating mobile device is as distracting as a ring tone.
In respect for other guests, all phone calls must be taken outside the salon.

Babies and Children

In consideration of adults wanting to relax and not having adequate facilities, we do not allow babies, children or pets while you have treatments. In our reception and retail area, you are welcome to bring children with you to shop and make bookings providing they are supervised but no pets please, due to health regulations.

We do offer teen treatments for children under 18 years of age when accompanied by an adult. Parent/guardian must sign a minor consent form and be in the treatment room during each session. If both child and parent are comfortable with the therapist, the parent/guardian does not have to be present in the room. 

Health and Safety

It is not advisable for your health to have treatments while unwell nor is it safe for the health of our staff who care for you. If you arrive suffering from flu, intoxication or transmittable infections you will not be permitted to have treatments and as a condition of our cancellation policy, outlined below, you will be charged for the booking. Please cancel during office hours (9 am – 4.30pm) prior to the day of your treatments if you are feeling unwell. Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy  to give you the opportunity to cancel prior to the day of treatments, without charge, should you have any signs, symptoms or been with others who are unwell. Should you cancel within 24 hours or arrive at A Perfect Blend with any cold/flu symptoms or are obviously unwell, we won’t be able to proceed with your treatment and our 30% cancellation policy will apply.

Running late for an appointment will only shorten your own enjoyment time as your therapist will still need to finish on time so as to not inconvenience the following guest.

No-show or cancellation without 24 hours notice may void your gift voucher.

Group Bookings

Group bookings require non-refundable prepayment deposit of 50% and 48 hours cancellation notice if the entire group wishes to cancel. If one person in the group needs to cancel we require 24 hours prior notice.

Bookings

All bookings require credit card details or a gift voucher to confirm. You are welcome to pay however you wish on the day of treatments.

All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

If you are wanting a booking within the next 24 hours and cannot find a time through online booking, we recommend you call +61 7 5438 0688 between 9am and 4pm Tues – Sat to make a confirmed booking. Sometimes our reception staff are occupied, please leave a message as it flashes at us to let us know we need to call you back.

Book online anytime you like. Please check the email address you type in the booking as that’s where confirmation is sent. Check your junk or spam for emails from FRESHA as your spam filters decide where our email arrives to you.

It is recommended to book in advance, however, we do take last minute bookings when available. Please have your gift voucher code with you at the time of booking as we require these details to make, hold and confirm all bookings. If your gift voucher value does not cover the total cost of the treatments you want to book, a credit card number is required through our FRESHA booking system.

Booking with your Gift Voucher

Please have your gift voucher ready when making a booking. 

When you book through our online system FRESHA you are given the option to add notes. Please provide your gift voucher code and expiry date. If your gift voucher value does not cover the total cost of the treatments you want to book, a credit card number is required through our FRESHA booking system.

If you are booking over the phone, please provide your gift voucher code and expiry,  and we will add it to your booking.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are only redeemable at A Perfect Blend.

Purchases on special offer pamper packages or promotional treatments, as a gift voucher, are honoured for that treatment or package for one year from date of purchase.  Gift vouchers with a monetary value may be redeemable against services and/or products for three years from date of purchase. Please present your Gift Voucher for redemption prior to your treatment commencing for administration purposes.

Service alteration or upgrades

With prior notice treatments may be changed to suit the needs of the client, however some alterations to treatments may incur an additional charge.

Gift Vouchers containing a package, include a discount and therefore all treatments included need to be redeemed at one time. Splitting of a package will void the discount and full price will be applicable.  If this is the case then you will be made aware of additional charges so you can decide if you would be happy to proceed.

Are Gift Vouchers transferable?

Yes. Gift Vouchers are transferable to another recipient upon request, however the voucher must still be redeemed before the expiry date.

Not redeemable for cash or refund

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. No change will be given if the value of the Gift Voucher exceeds the value of the service it is redeemed against.

Any unused balance of the Gift Voucher will be rolled over for later use. The total value of a Gift Voucher must be used before the expiry date as no extension or refund will be given.

Lost or Stolen

Please keep your Gift Voucher(s) safe as a lost or stolen Gift Voucher will not be replaced.

Cancellations

If the guest does not show for their appointment or does not give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation then the service booked will be considered redeemed.

Expired Vouchers

We highly recommended that you redeem your Gift Voucher before the expiry date as our system does not accept old and expired gift vouchers. Once a gift voucher has expired, we cannot offer an extension.
